Thanks all. The oil in it is from Honda for my model. Now, what the previous owner did, I have no idea. It's pretty much new to me. I don't have a lot of experience riding, but this problem is only out of first and again only when it's warm. Just starting out in the morning it's fine and feels just like the bikes I road at the MSF course.
