Motorcycles place high shearing loads on their oil due to the gear box. So I 
wouldn't trust it for prolong use in MY bike. That's my opinion take it for 
what it is. I'm no authority nor have data one way or the other. But what you 
do with your machine is completely your decision. I would be more inclined to 
mix a bit of ATF as an alternative if I really wanted to use a cleaning 
additive over an extended period of time.

Seafoam is pretty slippery stuff and has some viscosity to it.  Do you
really think 1.5 oz per quart of oil will really thin it out?
Seriously, I'm wondering and not trying to be difficult.  I'm
wondering if this may help my clutch trouble.
