Check you connectors to ensure the hot wires can't ground out against the frame 
or other parts. Check the wires in the headlight bucket first, with everything 
jammed in there I'd bet that's where the problem is. Plus the PO removed the 
fronts so if he hacked stuff that would be where it's at.

If the fuse is blown again, you have a short somewhere.
