Hi, my name is Colin! I bought a '84 nighthawk 650 s and it is my first motorcycle! It has 45k on it. I really like the bike. It starts and runs good. My speedometer doesn't work and the odometer as well. I figured out how to remove the speedo cable and read on here how to test the speedo with a cordless drill. If isn't the speedo itself that's not working, I was thinking it might the sensor on the front wheel. How big of a job is it to replace this sensor? Looks like I have to remove the front tire and calipers inorder to get at this sensor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! - Colin
