Yeah, I heard from a friend there who has a GSX1400 that over 600 or 650 cc is 
$500 and under that is $400.  I was surprised at the used bike prices.  I 
thought they were lower than around here, specially for crotch rockets and 
sport bikes.  I thought it may be because of the high registration fees. 
Back to your tires.  I don't think I've ever heard of a tire lasting longer 
than 12k miles.  I've seen so many 700S front tires that wear cupped and have 
shorter lives.  Seems to be a common thing on the 700S,  Graham
