Gravel can take you down but it's not impossible to navigate it while staying on 2 wheels. Just don't overreact, don't slam on the brakes, don't abruptly let off the gas, don't punch the gas, don't try to steer too big, etc. Think small, gradual changes. Just go with the flow and keep the bike underneath you. If you know the gravel is coming up you can prepare for it and just plan to punch straight across it. If it catches you buy surprise that's another story. If you're riding around country roads try to stay near the center of the road in the turns, etc.
