I'm a 3 months or 3k miles kinda guy.  Have been forever with all my
vehicles.

I use Supertechs and Rotella T with no issues.  Don't use Fram, but
not because
of their reputed inferiority (I think that's a bad rap from years gone
by), but because
I don't care for an orange can hangin' off the front of my sleek, sexy
black bike (!)
