I agree with the suspension being weaker. If you stiffen it up, it will ride like a Buell with one rider.

It's like with cars. Pack five 180# people (900 pounds total) in a Civic and you get a big difference in handling. Put 50 passengers of the same weight (9000 pounds total) in a 35' transit bus, and the handling is virtually unaffected.
