Hey there, wanted to thank you for posting the links and taking the time to make this available. I have been looking for manuals online (free ones) but was unable to find them. After a few weeks online and searching libraries, I was about to buy one and then stumbled across this.
Invaluable!! Thanks I also have a question. I have a rusted screw that broke off in my cylinder/valve case just below the top cover (where it connects to the bottom). I am unable to grab the screw with any pliers. A friend of mine suggested heating it with a gun and then using a reverse drill bit to take it out. I started riding and it leaks, not terribly, but it definitely needs to be fixed. Any suggestions?
