IMHO, organics are fine for most people especially if you tend to cruise. However they don't bite as hard, nor can they take repeated hard braking as they fade quickly, also they wear out quickly. The HH pads don't fade, or at least I've never pushed them hard enough to make it happen, and they bite very hard, and wear like iron. I'd rather spend a little more for quality, and safety when it come to brakes, but to each his own. BTW EBC lists the part number as FA196HH Amazon.com has sellers offering them for about $30-$35 including shipping. Just be sure to scuff up your rotor with sandpaper (500 grit) before installing as that will make them grip better when switching pad compounds.
