When I jumper around the solenoid the starter turns over even with the junk battery. So now I need a solenoid, the battery cable from the battery to the solenoid is junk too, so I have to get one made, make one myself or break down and order that too. The prices for the terminal covers seems a tad high, does anyone have any recommendations for cheap but safe alternatives to solenoid and cable / covers replacements? I typically buy the parts from the local Powersports shop but this loks like its gonna run me well over $100. I'll start checking Ebay tonight for a solenoid I guess.
