I actually mix tranny fluid with kerosene and fill the cylinders with it. After a couple of days it will drain past the rings into the crank case. This will clean out the rings much better than tranny fluid alone. Just change the oil before running. I got that from a grey beard on youtube who runs an indi old bike shop. He actually hooks up a pump to flush the whole engine out before running. he pumps it in the oil fill hole and let's it drain out the crank case vent, then occasionally turns it over by hand and pulls the drain plug. He says that after a couple of days the engine is spotless internally. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
