Several things you can learn from looking at these videos: 1. In NY, red means GO. 2. There are no cops working in NY. 3. Quads are street legal. 4. Helmet is optional (mostly decorative). 5. While riding a motorcycle, you are expected to perform a wheelie every time you can. 6. If you are on a dirt bike, you are not supposed to ride on the street (is off-road guys, come on!)
