Yes I have the official Honda service manual with a full wiring diagram in it Yes it has been a on going issue for some time, the starter relay is new I replaced it about 6 months ago , it kept potting the 30 amp fuse so I replaced it and it seemed to work OK ever since . I will do as you say and go thru it again, thanks for your help I will keep you posted.
