+1 for the cramp buster, that's the best $10 I've ever spent on my bike,
can't recommend it enough.
Also, depending on which model NH you have, you may be able to swap in some
700S handlebars which are fully adjustable for rotation and angle. The guy
I bought my 700S from sold it because he had a back and shoulder injury and
said the bike was just too painful for him to ride. For some reason he had
the bars all the way up and all the way forward. I rolled them back a bit
and angled them inwards and they're far more comfortable. I know folks have
swapped them in for other 80s Hondas in the past they may be compatible
with yours as well.
