Try the “dry” hand (and foot) warmers: from Amazon, search “body warmers”
They have larger “body” size, and smaller foot/toe that require less oxygen.
Hand ones work best inside mittens as they can heat the fingers front and back,
with two in each mitten in really “COLD”.
Readily availably everywhere in Wisconsin where we have been down to 45
daytime.
I guess it’s the “Global Warming” thing............. :~)

Subject: Re: [Nighthawk Lovers] Cold Weather - Bike difficult to move, doesn't
coast ('83 650SC)

I have not found any gloves that keep my hands from freezing. I have to have
them at least blocked from the wind by a windshield or gorilla mittens/gloves
whatever they are called. Even then I'm limited as far as time before my hands
are too cold to stay on the bike. Admittedly my hands quickly get cold and my
circulation is pretty slow and pulse very low.
