I have a 85 700c that had a lot of rattle in the top end so I took the cams and lifters out and bled the lifters. Somehow the chain got stuck down inside and I can't get it loose. The engine will not turn over either. i can't even get it back to the timing mark. The chain is probably 10 inches to short. I have had the adjuster completly out but it did not help. Any help would be appreciated. I am doing it by the manual. I did make the mistake of turning it over by the starter when I was taking the cam gear bolts out. Thanks
