Tommy, afterward, I realized that the bike is not local. Rocky Top is in Tennessee, just as the song says. Now I know that song is about a real place. Javier also clued me in that the repair is not trivial, and I'm not up for a big project. I've got 4 bikes in my garage that need work done if I feel like wrenching in the cold. In short, the bike is still up for grabs.

I still worry about a Wing being too heavy for me, though.
