That PC800 is at a really good price. I think it deserves the trip to go
and at least look at it.

Yeti, not to say that the GL is a bad bike, but I wouldn't say is
maintenance free, in particular the older models. Also, they are not very
easy to work on. Carbs are difficult, if the stator goes bad (not uncommon)
your need to remove the engine. Getting the starter engine out and in my
GL1200 without removing the exhaust was one of the most difficult things
I've ever done.
