Clean and dry the spark plugs, make sure battery is fully charged, choke almost 
fully on, no throttle, try starting. If nothing or its trying, give it full 
choke and no throttle, try again. Once it starts, keep it above 2000 RPMs by 
slowly knocking the choke back (towards off), until it will idle without choke. 
If it stalls when putting in gear, check side stand is up and/or give it a 
little choke. If it still stalls bring it  here and I'll clean the carbs and 
pet cock. Check inside of tank for rust. I have the same bike in my garage 
waiting to do the same, Graham
