Javier, If you cut the springs you raise their rates. Just putting in a
longer spacer jacks up the front end height, and messes with the front/rear
balance. If you use a longer spacer or more fork air you typically need to
raise the forks in the tripple tree to compensate. Either way when you get
the fork height set properly the bike will not fall into (too low), or pull
out of (too high) a turn if you let go of the bars.
