I hate to say this but I bought one of those Chinese Nissin MC knockoffs before and it was not sized for even a single disk motorcycle. I gave it to a buddy who said it worked fine on a scooter. Usually the plunger diameter is cast into the housing. You need a minimum of 14mm for a single disk and 16mm for a dual disk setup.
Second, even if your lines look ok on the outside they can be deteriorated on the inside and have bits of rubber broken off which clogs the line. Also a mighty vac is pretty much necessary to get all the air out of the lines.
