They help a little bit, but they cost twice as much (from $50 to $110, 
painted to match), so I don't know if I'd do it again. I really did not try 
the other or I would have just kept them; but it got pretty buzzy before, 
so I did not want to risk hand trauma from vibrations. Prevention is 10 
times easier, at least, than getting rid of a repetitive trauma disease of 
the extremities.
