I've been reading a bit about tram lining and that's what it feels like. Almost
like going over a grated bridge or a road that's been torn up, where he tires
follow the grooves in the road. My rear wheel was off last week while I was
bricking about frame straightness and nothing seemed off when I put it all back
together. I regressed he bearings and spun them by hand, no notchiness or
anything. I could check the front I guess, but I replaced those a month or so
ago when I did my new rubber. My tread pattern on these tires is pretty
intense. I'll post a pic.

It feels like going over a grated bridge or a torn up road with the mesh
pattern.
