I'm gonna weld the thing. Is the bit hardened steel too? The thing you actually drill with? Also going to try doubling up on gaskets. Again, I'm not taking the head off this thing. Too much bull that can go very wrong. Don't I need to remove the cam shafts, oil piping and rocker arms, etc from the engine if I go that route? I'm thinking about dumping it off at a shop and letting them screw w it if the weld a nut doesn't work.
