First and easy.  Turn handlebars fully to the right and work clutch in and out 
over and over. 

If no luck, or maybe first check fluid level.  Make sure top of master cylinder 
is level before removing top!  If fluid is low, topp off to thenfill line and 
again work the clutch. You will see bubbles come out.

If still not good, bleed entire system. (I have never had to do this on any of 
3 84-85 650s.)

Lastly, very unlikely and rather the opposite problem, change your oil.
