Tamiami Trail is cool. I bought my Miami bike in Naples and came home that way. There ARE gators, so watch out. At night, lots of bugs, too. Look for Mickosukee Casino. Greg beat me to it...and turn right, like he said. Just past the casino, if you go straight, is a VERY popular BBQ joint. Less than a mile after the casino on the right. I haven't been there, but heard it is great.
