It probably won't surprise you to hear that I'm planning to spend another
10 days on a motorcycle, this time my PC800. I still don't know my PC800
that well, but it purred right along for my first 1000 miles on it, and
hopefully it'll do another 2,000 miles without too many problems.

On the map, Ocala, Lakeland, Tampa, and Tequesta are to visit relatives,
and the rest of the route is just what seemed like a good idea, subject to
change. I only have a motel reservation for Key West on Thanksgiving night.
Orlando's not on the trip, but I might stop in if I feel an urge to fight
the Thanksgiving throngs.

Same Garmin GPS but different 12v plug, plugged into the Battery Tender
pigtail in the trunk. We'll find out how long it stays powered up. I'll
have a map on my tank bag and there's always my cell phone GPS, which I
will be able to hear with my Kie blue tooth setup. If I get lost, well,
that's part of the fun.

It's also been fun figuring out how to get my magnetic tank bag to stay in
place on my new ABS "gas tank."

If anyone along the route would like to offer a destination suggestion or
get together for a chat or cup, let me know.
