So I bought new 7mm wire and NGK caps to replace the ones on my 85 CB650SC b/c the insulating rubber on at least two of the caps were cracked and torn. Any tips to getting the new wire onto the coils? I know the OEM wires were designed to slip over the electrode in the coil and I guess I thought the wires could be replaced. Is there a source for new OEM wires? Thanks!
