If I'm looking at this parts diagram correctly (attached), you're going to
need to find a light that is motorcycle specific. That set of optics has
all your aiming points integrated into the reflector, unlike most sealed
beam units. A sealed beam replacement optic will not include these, leaving
you with a light you can't attach.

Service Honda has the lights listed at $43 each, add in shipping and you're
probably at about $50, dealer cost isn't bad.

Steer clear of the cheaper H4 replacements out there, your light will be
brighter but worse for the pattern. Get something from Hella, or Bosch, or
Osram, a big name and from a reputable dealer. Brighter is not better,
sharper is better, and proper aim and temperature.

I'm slowly gathering parts for an '83 CB650, with the intention of
installing a TruckLite or Osram LED optics set in place of the headlight.
Sure, it'll run me about $150, but to get sharper light that's well aimed
and shouldn't ever need replacing? Worth it.

My route is to replace the whole headlight bucket with one from a
sealed-beam equipped vehicle, then replace the sealed beam with the LED
optic.
