A drop-in LED headlight? Ew. Glare-city. I'm swapping something like this <http://www.quadratec.com/products/97009_8101.htm> onto mine. I know from personal experience they are good, solid lights with excellent performance and a long life in abusive situations, just a little pricey. Well worth it, IMO.
