OK, I'll take it back. It looks like I could loosen the bottom bolt and pivot it forward. I'm not sure how much weight it would support, though. Since the handlebars are covered with tupperware, handlebar adjustments are not possible on the PC800 without removing the tupperware. And the tupperware cannot be removed since it is integral, holding the switches. I'll let you know how things work out.
