Thanks, Allen! He's replacing the chain before heading out, and knows to check chain lube, oil, tires every gas stop, and tire pressure every morning. The idea being he'll hopefully be able to avoid any issues before they arise (unless he goes over a nail or something). Thanks for the tip on bike shorts! That's smart thinking :)
