If neither hi nor lo beam work, but the rest of your lights do, I would
start suspecting a dirty starter switch contact.

The Nighthawk 750 uses a set of contacts on the starter switch to cut off
the headlight during starting. If those contacts are dirty, you end up with
a dim or dead headlight as not enough current can pass through.

Do you have a multimeter?
