I have 4 carbs and 4 kits, each kit has 8 o-rings. I think I have it figured out. These carbs have been disassembled before, and the o-rings were left out. Also the limiter on the pilot jet screw is gone.
Now I have another problem. The slow jets appear to be stopped up, as I can't see daylight through one of them and another one seems to have some junk limiting the light. How would be the best way to clean them without damaging them? I tried blowing carb cleaner through them but that didn't work. I tried lightly poking a little wire through them too, but I am afraid that will damage the jet or jamb the crud in harder.
