I remember back in '82 ? when the new Nighthawk CB650s came out - I thought hmm I'd like to have one of those someday. Well, 35 years later I bought one. The price was right although it isn't running yet. It looks well cared for. The PO said "it's not the battery" - so I immediately assumed it was the battery... It's not the battery. I removed the battery to charge it up and hooked on a big marine battery - clicky clicky clicky. Must be the solenoid, so I bypassed the solenoid and made contact with the starter motor - buzzz buzzz buzzz. Starter motor rebuild kit is on the way. While I'm waiting for that, what else could I be looking at? Thanks in advance for starting the group and for your replies.
