I assumed that but probably not. It didn’t leak through when I disconnected it and didn’t when I dried everything out and put it back together. Just went for another ride on it. Runs great. I am running ethanol free in it. E free only comes in 92 octane. Took a 1980 GS550E out for a ride as well. I like both but prefer the Suzuki for riding position and the 700S for power and actually the Suzuki feels more manoeverable.
