It does run but it is very difficult to start, especially when cold. Battery is swollen so apparently has frozen at some point, may be the cause. Spark plugs are probably the originals. They are top on the list to get replaced along with the battery and starter relay. Other issues: key lock is difficult to turn, and tail-lamp stays on when on "lock" (not just on "P", as it should). Signals do not blink. Round headlamp works on bright only 1 in 5 attempts (and is round)... Probably will stick with round since the brackets appear to have been changed as well. Luckily after starting it does run good and has tons of power. Also, back brake does not work.... **barely** works I learned with a good mash (with wheel in the air)... has been almost fully adjusted down I believe. Maybe just needs a brake-job.
Needs tires and a tune-up, and then on to the cosmetics... Due to come last as this is my first bike and I dropped it taking it off the lift-stand the first time (learned to be on it when doing that). Also need that blasted right side cover, if anyone knows a source. Also, indicator lights do not work reliably/at all sometimes. Probably will re-wire the whole bike for good measure.
