Pretty hard when it doesn't roll. Ok, so I've disconnected the rear brake and got it back on the stand.... Since everything going to the brake is d/c'd, my brother in-law informed me that the wheel would spin even with the brake locked up. It does not. So, apparently it is not going into neutral. I will remove wheel to confirm driveshaft is not spinning, but pretty sure that is the case. Any reason why this would not go to neutral? Does the bike need to be running or something? I am baffled and hope it is not anything major. He is more experienced and tried several times with no luck, it's like it isn't shifting.
