I'm somewhat torn between the two camps. My compromise: the Nim way for _short_ proc docu (1 - 2 liners) plus, if more than a couple of lines are needed I add something like `More Info: `Details <details.md>`_`.
This allows me to stay Nim style and still have a clear link to more elaborate proc docu.
