You can also create the list for a group in Nisus Writer and then paste those into the appropriate contact icon in Nisus Email. >I have checked you can send the same email to different people by starting >to type the contact's name, waiting for the contact to come up, putting a >comma, and starting to type the next contact's name... Choose Sort Contacts from the Edit menu. There is no "list view" of your contacts. The best way to handle that is by having a Nisus Writer text file with all your "nicknames" and addresses, keywords, etc. Remember: Nisus Writer has unparalleled find capabilities. You find the person to whom you want to write, copy their address and add it to the top of a Nisus Writer document: to: ben hurmak <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and off you go. The twenty or so *most often* used email addresses you might keep in a Nisus Writer Glossary file so that "bh" expands to "ben hurmak <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>". You might keep those people (not more than 50 - my experience - "Your Milage May Vary"; I'm impressed with Brian's 150) in the Instant Post Office Window. The Instant Post Office Window can handle all you need. It will scroll. Future versions will offer better sorting capabilities. I keep various "types" of people together by prefixing an asterisk to some names and a space to others. >> How many? I have close to 150 not including those collected into groups.
