Rutie, I don't do foot notes really, but I do use forced page breaks.

However, I''m not getting the idea of what you want.  One possible answer would seem 
to be to enter two forced page breaks.  But I doubt that's what you had in mind.

Another possible interpretation is that you want to insert a page break that leaves a 
blank page in the document but doesn't "use up" a page number?  I think that would 
have to look at two possible ways-- insert a _format_ page break and set new numbers, 
or alternatively, set up for facing pages and there may be a way to designate that a 
page break starts a new odd or new even page.
