Maybe I misunderstand, but I don't see what the problem is. You merely
put in manual page breaks where you want to leave a blank page, then go
back and insert the text later. As long as you are careful not to put
too much text on each page, automatic page breaks will not interfere.
I am writing a text which has two parallel texts. One type of text
(say type A) will be on the odd page, and the type of text (say type
B) on the even pages. So when I write my odd numbers I'd like my
page-break to leave a blank page on which I eventually will write my
even-page text. Acutally, the even pages will have the footnotes to
the odd-page text (if I can with someone's help) figure out how to do
it.
