You can include your picture in mail if you have html mail turned on and drag your picture into the frame and then hope the recipient has html mail turned on and that their using mail.app or it may simply show up as an attachment. As for the image you (Charles) see in you your mail/ichat(may or may not be the same picture)/ and your address book it is the image that you inserted into your address book card. It's not sent out with your mail, (but it may be included in your ichat message). I don't know if there's a way to embed it without going the html route, but those pictures are for your reference and not something that goes out in mail. That's my understanding of how that works.

Since my own picture is in my own address book it shows up in my own e-mails. There is a way to have Apple Mail also embed the picture in mails it sends out, but I don't know how to do it.
How did you get it into the address book? Did you use the System Preferences/Accounts route or some other way?
