Jack Coats and I would appreciate your extension of the IceCast presentation very much. Yes, the Society of Broadcast Engineers had a really cool presentation Thursday at WAY-FM in Frankin on the topic of IP architecture radio stations. What they discussed and what I want are separated in design concept and many, many thousands of dollars :) As the presenter said, his company is not interested in $50.00 dongles, they want to sell $4000.00 eight port boxes and GOK expensive fader panels. Oh, and did I mention that they are bringing their own VoIP kit to market expressly for the "hybrid" needs of a radio station? (humbug!) Bring it on! Don't let my live music stage show project (SSoIP) be the only point of the discussion.
