To make this presentation interesting, I am going to present a way to do it
with a 100% floss stack*. :-)

*software stack. I cannot speak for any technicalities like the firmware on
hardware or audio drivers for a
 particular model computer-- which would be irrelevant to making the audio
streaming work anyway.

The only exception might be that I may need to fall back on skype if I dont
get the voip solution I have in mind up and running.
Skype would be used to accept callers.
