And here's my next question. Why is it hard to pre-register at places like NSCC. I've filled out their app, i've called their online office and requested a call back concerning signing up for Spring 2010, but they are not calling me back, however, UoP is banging my phone off the hook twice a day... I mean, I understand that UoP's business is that funding, but why isn't NSCC doing the same thing..
