Not that any job offer is bad, but these were almost certainly blanket postings to who knows how many hundreds (thousands?) of groups. I have seen similar elsewhere, and it comes across to me not much different than spamming. If it were Nashville based, then it might be more acceptable, maybe. Are these guys already NLUG group members or just joining to deploy these messages?
