Thanks for the replies. As usual I have neglected to pass on some supporting information. I know what certwatch does and I have found some of the documentation to disable the email or change some of the options. The certificate is up to date. It is stored in a different place but the appropriate files have been updated. I even tried copying the files to overwrite the locations mentioned in the message. I still get the message. I then tried uninstalling the package that contains certwatch and all of the scripts and preferences.
Still I get the email. I even tried # find / | grep certwatch resulting in /usr/share/doc/selinux-policy-2.4.6/html/admin_certwatch.html Because of some required hardware moves I have shutdown the host , moved it, and restarted. I don't know that that will make a difference but it is the first restart since I removed the certwatch package.
