Just to mostly close this thread. I looked more closely at the mail headers of the messages and it seems that several machines were sending out the identical email. All of the machines were Virtual Machines that used the same base Virtual Machine that was then edited and modified to fit the needs of that functions for that VM. I don't understand why they each identified themselves as the same machine as all of the hostnames were different. I think I have it fixed on all but one VM that seems to continue to send the message despite fixing the certificate and modifying the appropriate files. Other than the one machine this is now solved.
